Quel plaisir ,depuis le changement de propriétaire début juillet, de redécouvrir ce lieu authentique. Cuisine et service au top. Super qualité prix . Et le petit plus:la Cour intérieure calme et pleine de charme. Je recommande sans hésiter

Moment de détente assuré Assiette de jambon sec, côte de boeuf pour 2, tartare. ...... Accompagné de très bons vins. J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de passer une soirée incroyable entre amis au Trinquet à Bayonne à l’occasion d’un match de rugby et je ne peux que recommander cet endroit ! L'ambiance était tout simplement électrique, avec des supporters passionnés qui créent une atmosphère festive et chaleureuse. Le service était exceptionnel et très sympathique, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et attentif, toujours prêt à nous conseiller. La touche d'authenticité est omniprésente, que ce soit dans la décoration ou dans les plats proposés. Nous avons même eu droit à des chants basques qui ont mis tout le monde dans l'esprit de la fête ! Si vous cherchez un endroit convivial où savourer de bons plats dans une ambiance festive et authentique, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Le Trinquet. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
